I have query related to GTA
Our Co. is having 3 warehouses at diff location n we hv taken service tax registration but for only 1 warehouse and are paying service Tax for all the 3 warehouses. Now is it compulsory for our co. 2 get our registration certificate amend and incoporate the other 2 warehouses in certificate or 1 warehouse registration will do.

That depends on the billing system.. If You have centralised billing system in respect of services provided from all the three warehouses, then the premises where such centralised billing is loacted has to be registered. Inother cases, all the premises from where services are provided has to registered separately.
