sir what are the documents required for servicetax registration for a PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

Following dpcuments are required: 

1. Co. Incorporation certificate

2.co. MOA and AOA copy

3.co. pan card copy.

4.rental agreement for listed centralised premises /(if own premises -then sale deed required)

5.co. bank current account bank statement copy  -1st page of one month

6. Utility bill or electricity bill

7.director 's passport size photo

8. Director's pan card - attested

9.director's address proof -attested

10.director's identity proof -attested

11.NOC from landlord.

Dear Lokesh,

Annexure V is an undertaking to comply with some rules of finance Act, 1994. The undertaking by assessee to department contains the following points:

  1. We agree that record of all the invoices and challans will be entered and will be made available to the department as and when called for.
  2. We agree to keep all the financial records safeguarded for 5 Years.
  3. We shall provide all the documents and information relating to the provision of output services, availing of cenvat credit and all other relevant financial or other records, at the time of audit and for any other enquiry.
  4. We agree that service tax department can carry audit through its local officers at our registered premises and we will provide all the necessary support required for the audit.
  5. We will provide all the financial information for the purpose of Show Cause Notice or any other inquiry by the department.
