Hi,
I would like to know whether service tax registration is required to be taken, if the entire service (Business support service) is provided by an Indian national to a company situated outside india (Singapore). The remittance against the service provided is received in convertible foreign currency.

If Your Service is Located in India and you offer serive to Indian Nationals and your Income is >= 10 Lakhs then You have to Register for Service tax, and the registration number you have to mention on your Invoices....
Yes i Think even your remittance is in Foregind currency convertible you has to file your ST returns...
