Service tax registration

its depend on the situation whether you are maintaining the two different firm or a single firm. you can take another registration in the name of proprietor if you are maintaining two firm separately. otherwise you can add that other service in the registration already taken. 

But the two service Providers( Firm(1) and Proprietor in individual name(2)) are different, then how can we take/amend the existing registration for the same. IS IT POSSIBLE???

hi you could surrender the registration not required and keep the one in which you wish to continue business.
