Dear all,
For service tax registration purpose, I requir a "No objection certificate issued by premises owner to tenant" mentioning that premises owner does not have any objection with the activities carried on by tenants in his/its premises. Can any one provide me "Draft copy of such No Objection Certifciate"

CAN U TELL ME i hv filled & online filed ST1,
but i have filed address of premises from where service will be provided.
where as registered address of Company is different,
should i ammend the address nd fill registered office adress as jurisdiction will change ,
and if yes/no what is precedure to ammend it i.e. ST1
Definately you have to amend the same Documents at the department wont be accepted.
Just create a new ID fill the ST1 again.
