Is it necessary for a comapny to give its registered office as the addres when it is filing Form ST-1? Or any address where it has its premises can be given?
And is the power of attorney needed when the director of the company is signing the ST-1 application?
actual place of service providing is enough, however regd address can bring you some input benefits, prefer centralized regn with all addres+
board resolution is enough, in absence POA is needed.
