Service tax registration

You have to take registration of service tax when your taxable service exceeds 9 lacs in particular year. you can apply online for registration in ST 1 form through ACES site.

Following documents will be required to be submitted at your service tax regional office.

copy of PAN card,

proof of address of business premise(s),

constitution of the business

Address and ID proof of directors/partners/individual

all documents should be self attested.
