Service tax registration

Hi..
Can anyone tell me that if a company does not have centralised billing or accounting system, whether it is compulsory for it to get individual registration number for all its branches.

 

Looking for an early response..

yes, The company should get individual regn. nos. for its branches from it provide taxable services

Each premises wherefrom service is provided shall get registred individually.Else take centrallised registration.
