If you have already withdrawn the Form ST-1 that you have filed, there will be no problem. But you have to confirm the same with your Local Range Superintendent, under whose authority your ST-1 application has been sent. Just be sure taht it has been withdrawn.
As suggested by sushma, you may ensure that the withdrawal is effective in the aces.
