I am freelancer. I do get money from outside via Payoneer. the issue is payoneer wont give any FIRC. So we have contacted the bank and they told FIRC cant give because its converted in Indian Rupees. So when we file for refund, The service tax authorities send the letter that without FIRC we cant give any refunds. I wanted to know, is that alternative method or proof that replaces FIRC and show them we do receive money from outside
