Can anybody tell me who has got any refund of service tax on services linked with exports under Notf 41/2007, 42/2007, 3/2008 and 17/2008. In Kolkata the Dept is issuing Show Cause Notices at Random.

Can you let me know the service tax implication on sales commission paid to an overseas agent for export of goods by 100% EOU and also let me know the implication of service tax on installation and commissioning collected from the overseas customer along with export of goods (Export of goods and services).
