If One flat purchases and builder paid service tax.
and after that flat cancal by buyer than service tax amount refund from govt. or not....?

department gives the refund when the buyers filled application for claiming the refund . for the help of buyers department publish in the newspapers .but the buyer have to apply with in 6months otherwise the refund amount will be tranfd to consumer welfare fund.
