SOME BILL CHARGED VAT IN DADRA NAGAR HAVELI FOR CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO OTHER NORMAL COMPANY SO CAN REFUND VAT ON CAPITAL GOODS ON CONTRUCTION VALUE
