Please let me know if I book a e-railway ticket (Waiting Or Confirm) for any destination the railway is charging service tax on it, now for any reason the ticket is cancelled then will the Railways will be refunding the service tax amount.
If Yes then how much?
If No then what is the reason?
Please help me out.

Railway will refund you the total amount of bill and service tax after deduction of certail charges on which railway will charge service tax aswell.
