Service tax rate on constrution of private roads
We have give a contract with material to construct roads. Will it include in works contract tax or it is chargeable a @ 14.5%.

Yes, it is a works contract and you can avail the benefit of Rule 2A of Service Tax (Determination of Value) Rules,2006
