From 24h Feb 2009 it is service tax rate: 10%
education cess: 2% on service tax
higher education cess : 1% on service tax
Net rate : 10.30%, and earlier it was 12.36%
so this 10.30% rate will be applicable for Nov 2009 exam, won't it?

Amendment applicable in the june attempt will follow in the Nov attempt also.
