MY DOUBT NOW THEY WILL RE-CHANGE THE NAME AND ADD SECURITY SERVICES ALSO WITH CLEANING SERVICE

You can registered your client in more than one service, it does not have any adverse effect.. I suggest you that while registering you should mention all services which match with your service in your understanding.
