Service tax query

Case I: There are two premises from which service is provided a) Lonavala b) Bombay

             From Lonavala restraint service and accommodation service is being provided.

             From Mumbai tour operator service is being provided

Currently registration for both services is done at Mumbai Office.

Query  :  Kindly suggest if taking a centralized registration for premises would suffice or another registratiob for services offered at lonavala would be required.
