As recepient liable to pay service tax for GTA, whether for the month of Feb'09, service tax should be payable @ 10.30% or 12.36%. Services were received throghtout the month.

REDUCED RATE OF SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE FROM 24th feb 09 and before this you shoul calculate tax @ 12.36% wid cess
agree with ankur jain but service tax was @ 12.36% including cess. and he wrote tax @ 12.36% wid cess.
