Service tax payment is on monthly basis. The date for online payment is 5th of the next month. i.e payment for the month of November 2014 the due date is 5th December. Return for the service tax also called as ST3. Service tax return is half yearly return. i.e April to september and october to march. The date of filling return of service tax ST3 for April-Sept is 25 th of october and october-march date of filling of return is 25th of April.

Hello Dipesh! I don't think that is correct. Due date is 5th in case of manual payment(I mean other than onlin). When paying online the due date is 6th of next month. Is it not?

Ya 6th for online payment..

its compulsory to make online payments as per the latest budget to all.
