Dear Freinds,
Please let me know weather there is any rule in service tax that we have to pay monthly basis if we cross service tax amount 2.5 lacs per annum.

No, ST IN CASE COMPANY, YOU HAVE TO PAY ON MONTHLY BASIS OR FIRM AND INDIVISUAL, IT IS PAID QUARTERLY.
