Service tax on xerox bills

Photostat will be taxable after encatment of the finanace Bill 2012. But exemption up to Rs.10L is avilable.

Dear Sir Pl clear after 10 Lakh is free or When we rech at 10 Lakh tonover We will pay totl Service Tax pay on 10 Lakh @ which rate
 

when you cross Rs.10L first time, you are liable to pay tax on amount in excess of Rs.10L. but for next year tax is payable from begning. The test for exemption is whether turnover of preceding year exceeded Rs. 10L.

Hi 

I have a doubt. The copier charges bill contains Rs. 2,000/- as total amount.

In this Rs. 1,500/- is for spares & consumables and vat 5% is collected.

And Rs. 500/- is for service & maintenance charges but service tax is collected on Rs 1,500/- at 14.5% (2015 bill). The service charge is 500/- only and service tax to be collected for 500 only but the bill shows it had collected for assessable value (1,500/-)

Kindly clarify.

No one can collect sertice tax on goods supplied by him service tax will applicable only on service amount which is given by him which is 500 as u mention
