Need suggestion towards service tax charged by Transporter, as Service tax is payable on Reverse Mechanism should we pay the tax to Transporter or pay the invoice without service tax. we are registered under GTA.

In case of GTA, the person receiving the services is liable to pay 100% (15%) of service tax... in your case you have to pay service tax not by transporter

My Dilema is that the Transporter is also registered under GTA and they have charged Service Tax, Now do I pay their full invoice value or deduct the service tax and pay.
