Mr. ' A' started a newly business of Tours & Travels to Providing passenger car for the company to bring there employees from home to Company & company to home, so is it applicable of Service Tax ? If Applicable so what is the rate of service tax? & what will be Bill Format ?

I think Service tax will be applicable on this service under the catagory of "RENT - A - CAB" Service.

SERVICE TAX IS APPLICABLE ON RENT A CAB SERVICE TAX IS 12.36% LESS 60% OF ABATEMENT THAT IS SERVICE TAX IS 4.944%.
