My client is in business of Air Ticketing but he does not have IATA. He purchased tickets from IATA Cos. or directly from Airlines and sell to the customers. Is he liable to collect & pay Service Tax. If Yes, then on which amount.

In case you receive the commission from the IATA agent there is no service tax on you. However if there is amkrup between purchase and sale of tickets it has been held to be liable in the case of Aero World. However there seems to be some scope ofr argument there.
