One thing I want to know that in preious year my turnover was 1250000 and current year my turnover not exceeded the limit i am not sure but want to know will i have to pay sertice tax to government

limit for service tax applicability is one time.
once you cross limit of 10 lacs it will be applicable for all the years ahead even the turnover in the current yr is less than 10 lacs
