Hi All,
I have a quick question
Suppose, I have a retainer ship agreement with a company and I am providing Financial and HR Services. 10% TDS is getting deducted. Do I have to take a GST registration if may retainer fee exceeds 20 lakhs in a Fiscal Year?
Will be glad if someone ca help me with an insight
