A chartered Accoutant raised a bill for representing his client before Income Tax Authority in the matter of Assessment u/s 143(3)
Should chartered Account charge SERVICE TAX ON THAT bill.

i think the service tax should be charged as the CA represented before income tax officer which comes under the CA services therefore it should be charged
