30 November 2012If the hotel have two declared tariffs ( different for ac rooms and non-ac rooms) and one of the declared tariff (say for non-ac rooms) is below Rs. 1000 per unit per day, then in that case whether service tax liablity would come on non-ac rooms as well? I interpret it will not come.

Can any one tell as per the new service tax notice, what will be the applicability of Tax in case the Hotel Room Tarrif is exectly Rs. 1000/-, Please give reply, i am very much confuse . you can mail me at angshumansaikia12 @ gmail.com
