Is service Tax applicable to Reimbursement Expenses as per Finance Bill 2015? .
If yes, from when ?
Please check notification 14/2015 - ST and DOF letter 334 28.2.15.
Some people said wef 14-5-2015
Some peole said wef 1-6-2015
Most of the people disagree for Service Tax on Reimbursemet amendment.
Please check and confirm....
apparently prescribed conditions for the following are not yet prescribed .........."the except in such circumstances, and subject to such conditions, as may be prescribed;"
