Service tax on reimbursement expenses wef

Hi,

    Is service Tax applicable to Reimbursement Expenses as per Finance Bill 2015? .

   If yes, from when ?

Please check notification 14/2015 - ST and DOF letter 334 28.2.15. 

Some people said wef 14-5-2015

Some peole said wef 1-6-2015

Most of the people disagree for Service Tax on Reimbursemet amendment.
