Pl refer to today's news in DNA regarding service tax relief for real estate. As per news ,Commissioner service tax informed that----- "The Court ruled that realty developers would not have to pay the service tax but they need to get their books assessed". Pl comment & confirm whether this will a relief to buyers also ?
