I have following queries
Does a Private Company providing IT Edcation to Individual is liable to Pay Service Tax ? If yes , what is the % Service Tax applicable
If Yes , then Can the company charge service tax in the Fees to the students ?

The service is named as COMMERCIAL TRAINING AND COACHING CENTRES. The institute will charge Training or Coaching fees form sutdents and the SERVICE TAX will be 10% + 2% + 1% (Total 10.3%) on the fees
