Service tax on performance incentive..

hello,

What r d terms n conditions to attract service tax on performance incentive received from principal (say TATA MOTORS ) of passenger car to dealer. 

n  also whether reimbursement of expenses on workshop worker's meet from principal attract service tax .if yes dan under which taxable service .

Yes, these would be chargable to service tax if the same exceed the tgresholf limit of 10 lakh p.a. And service tax is not chargable on reimbursement as it doesnt constitute the value of service rather it's an mere reimbursement
