Service tax on management consultancy

The company where I'm providing professional service gives the Serv Tax thru cheque and deducts tds on it. How can I recover the tds, as I have to pay the full service tax.

No,You can recover it only if you have reduced tax liabilities than TDS balance amt of difference between tax payable and TDS you may get refunded. or If you have Below taxable Income than you get TDS refunded fully.

Income TDS will be adjusted with your income tax liablity of the current year , therafter if any amount is refundable , you will get it
