Whether service tax on insuarance of four wheeler (TATA ACE) is eligible for cenvat credit for manufacturing industry or not ?
I think it will not be covered in definition of input service

Hi Mr. Neeraj.. Dont you think the insurance will get covered in the inclusive part of the definition..
...and includes services used in relation to............inward transportation of inputs or capital goods and outward transportation upto the place of removal.
Tata Ace, I suppose, will be used for transportation. And insurance of the vehicle is very much essential and will be in relation to transportation vehicle. Pls let me know, as to why you think it will not be covered..
