Service tax which I am supposed to payment from the freight invoice recieved from GTA (Goods & Transport agency) is entitled to be claimed as credit or it will be added into my freight expense...

Your query is not clear. If the transportation activity is input service to you either for manufacturing excisable goods or rendering taxable services, then cenvat credit can be claimed

HI pavan thanks for your reply...I just wanted to confirm that Service tax I pay for the services recieved from GTA then can I take creadit against Service tax payable or CENVAT......and in which which cases it will be added to my expense.
