We are doing export of Business Auxcilary Service by way of marketing in India and receiver is outside India and received commission in convertable foreign exchange. Pl provide exmption notification no.

I guess the number is notification 9/2005. Not unexpectedly, you will not find this no. in the drop down menu of the relevant field in online ST 3 utility.

. Export without payment of service tax. - Any service, which is taxable under clause (105) of section 65 of the Act, may be exported without payment of service tax.
