Service tax on director's remuneration

Deal All,

 

Please clarify the below issue.

One of additional director was converted into director, should company pay service tax on director remuneration (converted)

You need to pay Service Tax on remuneration paid to all the directors, if the employer - employee relationship doesn't exist.
