I AM WORKING IN A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY. WE CONSTRUCT A RESORT AND 46 VILLAS NEAR RESORT. WE SOLD THE PLAIN LAND TO 46 CUSTOMERS AND TAKE BACK THE CONTRACT FROM THEM FOR CONSTRUCTING VILLAS. AFTER COMPLEATING THE CONSTRUCTION WE TAKE THE 46 VILLAS ON LEASE BACK SYSTEM. THE VILLA IS SINGLE FLOOR.
IN THIS CONTRACT PLEAS TELL ME THE APPLICABILITY OF SERVICE TAX
1. Service tax levied over construction service first; and when you provide them on lease to (different) customers.
