Thanks Suri Sir for posting the circular, but my question is my client engaged in construction of residential unit of a Group Housing Sciety for their personal use not for further sale, in that case Service Tax will liable or not.
In your circular this is only for builder, propmoter & developer who are build the residential unit for further sale.
