we have a holding company and making various expenses for its subisidiary and associates i.e sister concerns and itself . we have made common expenses sharing agreement and issues debit note to various group company whether service tax apllicable on theses debit note???

No for debit notes service tax is not applicable. service tax is applicable only when you are rendering the service. In Debit notes just you are sharing the expenses.
