1) whether service tax is to be charged on Annual Maintenance contract ?
2) whether service tax is to be charged on after sale service rendered to a customer after the sale of goods ?

Service tax is chargeable on AMC.
In case of after sale services if any amount is collected from customer then service tax is to be charged.

Both are taxable under management , maintenance and repair. Exemption Rs.10L is available.
