Can anybody tell me what is the Service tax rate for GTA from June 2015 onwards. And do we need to sum cess of 2% and 1% for the service tax paid in may and for subsequent adjustment of payment for June 2015.
Please guide me.

rate is 4.20% (this rate is all inclusive of all types of cesses, u dont need to add any other cess of 1% and 2% seperately.)

Hello, Can anybody tell me that whether service tax paid under reverse charge mechanism on freight of capital goods is to be capitalised or not?

Abatement is reduced to 70%
so now 14%*0.70=4.20%

avail the cenvat credit on such capital good and utilize 50% in same year and 50% later on
