can anyone please provide notification no and serial no for the following services for filing ST return (showing error message while using notification no- 30/2012 (we are paying ST Under reverse charge- service receiver)
1) Rent a cab service ( We paid 7.5 % as Service Tax on service)( Partial Reverse Charge)
2) Security/ Detective agency service ( we paid 15 %)
3) Works Contract (Original works) ( we paid 3%( 15%*40/100*.5))
