Service tax n beauty parlour

Dear to all,

my questin is service on beauty parlour..  if any service tax iinvoice to show the return.. the beauty parlour get minimum rs.10 lakhs per month... how to show the service invoice to return otherwise shall i return that no bills like that ???? every month we paid service tax rs.1.5lacs appr.. customers sweep the card for service 

but i dont know how to show & do the return on service tax ST3...  

please advice ...
