pls let me know whether a +2 school falls within the preview of service tax??(before applicability of negative list)

Hi Pallav,

The Govt. has made taxable the commercial training or coaching 65 (105) (ZZC) services wef. from 01-07-2003 but the basic schooling in schools is no where taxable pre negative list and post negative list.

Vaibhav jee....+ 2 school means school providing only 11th and 12th std classes i.e intermediate..
