What is the date of depositing service tax when payment is received in advance and at that time service is not taxable. But when service is rendred the service tax on particular service is covered in tax regime.

devide the sertvice into two parts
one part of thet service wud be the service which already rendered and at thet time of rendering service which was not taxable
and second part of service which nw become taxable wud be taxed as the same as any other service which is taxable and has to be paid on 5th of the next month on which d payment for service is received

The levy of ST is on services provided and to be provided and therefore if the advance was received at a time when there was no levy, there would be no liability.
