Dear All,
I have been facing difficulty in submit ST1 online as the error message flaashes - IT server down.
The help desk replies -
"Thank you for communicating Aces Service Desk support.
The server of Income Tax Department (CBDT) for online PAN validation is temporarily unavailable for maintenance and upgradation. The process of connecting the CBEC/ACES server with the new e-filing system of CBDT has been taken up on top priority and normalcy will be restored very soon. Inconvenience caused is regretted."
Any alternate solution in going ahead with new registration.
Mumbai offices aren't accepting paper application.(manual) mode.
Keen to know experience at other ST offices in the country & any solutions
