Service tax input on telephone bills
Dear sir,
Regarding for availment input credit of mobile in the name of individual in excise, i would like to require any notification or circular issued by Govt.
Your prompt reply in this matter will be very helpful for me.

Please give me the link.
Credit is available if the provider of taxable outpur service is an individual.

This is the query. We are not talking about propritory concern.

Proprietor of the Company has phone in the house which is provided by the company and paid by the company. Can the company avail credit of the service tax paid by the company on the bills towards this phone.
Please clarify.
