Respected P. Kamaraj, your question need some more details clarity. How your Commission AGent charge and how you charge commission to your customer, please clarify in details. As per Cadila Judgment by the Hon'ble High Court, Cenvat Credit of Service Tax charged and paid to Commission Agent for sale, can not be taken/availed by the manufacturer.
